By booking your service and submitting a deposit or payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these policies

I will not accept any other form of payment.
DEPOSITS

A $50.00 deposit is required for all individuals booking in studio make up appointments which goes towards your overall balance and will be collected after booking. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

If you are booking travel, the on-site fee is due as a deposit upon booking. Please note, if you send an a deposit for additional people in your party and that client opts out of services, you may not use their deposit towards your overall balance. The deposit is used to block out that our slot for that individual client. If they do not show up or cancel, they forfeit their deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW POLICY

I kindly ask all my clients to please be punctual and on time, I am often back-to-back with appts and if you’re late on me that means I will be late on my next client. You have a 10 minute grace period.
Once the 10 minutes has past your appointment will be canceled or a $25.00 late fee will be applied, there are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
After 15 minutes, I can no longer service you. Plan accordingly and please map the studio address to give yourself enough travel time. If you are a no call/no show you will not be able to re-book with me again.

JUST A FEW MORE NOTES:

Please do not bring any extra guests or children with to your appointment.

For optimal results- come with an exfoliated & clean face & remove any unwanted facial hair as this will impact the overall finish.

Please send me any pictures of makeup looks that you like and any allergies or preferences when it comes to your makeup.
